Boy were we lucky - As we ran around town, the storm clouds got darker and darker until it eventually starting pouring on us. We made it out just in time! Phew!

I love the color of the wall with Elly's bag... fabulous! Of course, that rockin' metallic shirt doesn't hurt either.... :)

Elly reminded me of a friend of mine from high school. Sometimes... it's just a small, small world!

The dreamy quality of this shot also makes it a fave...

Red Hearts Galore!

Laura brought her glowing personality with her to my studio and was cheerfully up for anything. We wandered off the beaten path and found this heart painted on the side of a building. We had to capture it to match the heart tattoo on her foot! It's as if it was meant to be! Ha ha!

I love this shot for so many reasons... because of the expression on her face, because of the black and white, and because... it's just fun.

There's just nothing better than a true smile. What a beauty!

I love the way her hair "swooshes" (or would you say "swishes?") around her in this shot. It was definitely a windy day!

It's not every girl that can boast a countless collection of championship medals from... bowling!

Then again, not every girl is Taylor. Her dad was a professional bowler... so I guess you could say it's in her genes. :)

When else would I get to shoot a collection of bowling pins????? How fun is THAT?

I love the colors in this image, and the incredible timing of catching this fab shot. The look on her face is fantastic. This shot could turn a frown upside down any day... it's THAT cheerful!

Seriously, jumping this high in a skirt and fuzzy boots takes real talent. And to look good while doing it? Incredible! Nice work Kayla!

Fun in the Park

Kelli, her husband Wess, and their two twins, Alyse and Aiden came all the way from KEARNEY to visit KaBloom! Their dedication is incredible. The first time we tried to do the shoot we were rained out. This time, we wouldn't let anything stop us.

That said, the scorching heat was no threat, though I think we did pick THE hottest morning possible (seriously, I'm willing to place bets!). We managed to get some great stuff regardless!
