Kelli, her husband Wess, and their two twins, Alyse and Aiden came all the way from KEARNEY to visit KaBloom! Their dedication is incredible. The first time we tried to do the shoot we were rained out. This time, we wouldn't let anything stop us.
That said, the scorching heat was no threat, though I think we did pick THE hottest morning possible (seriously, I'm willing to place bets!). We managed to get some great stuff regardless!

Chelsey deserves a medal for miraculously managing to look fantastic despite what was quite possibly the most miserably hottest day in the history of all mankind!
She doesn't even look like she broke a sweat! (I, on the other hand... well... let's just say it's a good thing I was behind the camera! Ha ha ha!)
Who says a little rain has to ruin a fun parade? While Cassie and I were out and about, we got the opportunity to have some fun in the rain. A kind onlooker at Doc's lent us this umbrella. Thanks again!
When Cassie told me she loved the Mill, she wasn't kidding! I ran into her there a couple weeks after this shoot. She was sitting in almost the exact same spot! Ha ha ha!

With a name like Garth, you just know this kid is something special. I've had the pleasure of knowing his family for quite some time, and shot his older brother's senior pictures several years ago.
At 6ft. 8 inches... he must be poetry in motion on the basketball court! Go Garth!

My cousin Patrick and his (gorgeous!) wife Stephanie just had their first child, Alaina. It's the first time we've had little ones running around on my dad's side of the family since... well... my cousins and I were in diapers! Ha ha!
They came to the studio a couple weeks ago and I loved the photos so much, I had to put together some birth announcement ideas. I've made two possibilities so far, and can't decide which I like best!
Paige made the trip over from Omaha for her senior pictures. What an honor! We had so much fun in the studio, we never left!
